· The ISGL and MSA would like to invite each one of you to attend a special da'wah program on November 5, 2009. Brother Mutah Beale (formerly known as 'Napoleon' from the famous rapper Tupac Shakur's group the 'Outlawz') will be visiting our community to deliver a talk entitled: "From Rap 2 Reformation: My Journey to Islam." The talk will be in CL50, ROOM 224 starting at 7:30 PM inshaaAllah. Please spread the word and invite your non-Muslim coworkers, peers, and classmates to this unique opportunity.

 

· Anyone who would like to purchase a parking permit (to park in Purdue's garage on University Street) - 2 blocks from the masjid) on Jumm'ah needs to sign up in the sign-up sheet in the small prayer hall. Tickets cost $5 and will be available for pick-up after Isha prayer Tuesday - Thursday.

 

· The cleaning group for this week will be Khalid Ibn Waleed Group (led by Brother Khaldoun Al-Hadid) on Sunday after Asr prayer. Any brother interested in earning ajr (reward) for helping to clean the masjid is requested to sign up on the sign-up sheet on the MSA Bulletin Board.

 

· The weekly Qur’an recitation halaqa conducted by Brother Isam Badawi will be held Sunday at the Masjid after maghrib prayer. There is also a sisters Quran halaqa on Saturday after maghrib.

 

· Please do not forget to donate generously.
