· To become a member of the ISGL please fill out the forms that are available on the table outside and then drop them in the gray box.  Please join if you are at all interested in what happens in this community. The deadline is October 18.

 

· The ISGL and MSA would like to invite each one of you to attend a special da'wah program on November 5, 2009. Brother Mutah Beale (formerly known as 'Napoleon' from the famous rapper Tupac Shakur's group the 'Outlawz') will be visiting our community to deliver a talk entitled: "From Rap 2 Reformation: My Journey to Islam." The talk will be in CL50, ROOM 224 starting at 7:30 PM inshaaAllah. Please spread the word and invite your non-Muslim coworkers, peers, and classmates to this unique opportunity.

 

· The cleaning group for this week will be Omar Ibn Alkhattaab  Group (led by Brother Ibrahim Aly) on Sunday after Asr prayer. Any brother interested in earning ajr (reward) for helping to clean the masjid is requested to sign up on the sign-up sheet on the MSA Bulletin Board.

 

· The weekly Qur’an recitation halaqa conducted by Brother Isam Badawi will be held Sunday at the Masjid after maghrib prayer. This is for brothers and sisters.

 

· Please do not forget to donate generously.
