 Athan Times

· The MSA is holding a picnic for students only.  It will be tomorrow Saturday September 26.  Insha’ Allah it will start at 3:30 p.m. If anyone needs rides they need to be at the Masjid by 3:20 to get a spot.

 

· ICNA has arranged a Muslim Family day at the six flags in Louisville, KY.  For more information please talk to Br. Dheya Mustafa.

 

· Our dear, respected brother, Shakeel Siddiqui, underwent an emergency
operation this week to remove a cancerous tumor in his kidneys.  May Allah (swt) bestow His Mercy upon Brother Shakeel, help him to recover from this surgery, forgive him for his sins, and grant him Jannat-al-Firdaws.  Ameen.

 

· Inna lil-Lahi wa inna ilayhi raji'oon [to Allah (swt) we belong and to him will be our final return]

· We would like to express our condolences to Brother Saad Omar on the death of his grandmother earlier this week.  May Allah (swt) forgive Brother Saad's grandmother for her sins and make her amongst the inhabitants of Paradise. Ameen.

 

· We are looking for a volunteer who can convert the 2D drawing of the New School/Community Center into 3D Model.  This drawing has all the dimensions needed to make the 3D model.  Our plan is to put the 3D Rendering/Animation on ISGL website for all of us to see and familiarize ourselves with the new building layout.

 

· The weekly Qur’an recitation halaqa conducted by Brother Isam Badawi will be held Sunday at the Masjid after asr prayer.

 

· The cleaning group for this week will be the Khalid ibn Al-Waleed Group (led by Brother Khaldoun Al-hadid) on Sunday after Asr prayer. Any brother interested in earning ajr (reward) for helping to clean the masjid is requested to sign up on the sign-up sheet on the MSA Bulletin Board.
