Islamic Society Of Greater Lafayette

· Vacancies for students are available on the second floor in the masjid.  For more information please contact Brs. Bokar (resident’s consoler), Isam Badawi or Haroon Mohammad.

 

· The MSA will be conducting a semester long campaign entitled Palestine Awareness Campaign. Events include screening of documentaries and lectures from reputable speakers. The list of activities for this campaign is posted on the MSA bulletin board in the small prayer hall. We are asking community members to donate to help with this cause. Donations can be placed in the black box in the small prayer hall entitled “PALESTINE AWARENESS CAMPAIGN.”

 

· REMINDER: The masjid is a no smoking facility. Please do NOT smoke inside or outside around the masjid premises.

 

· The Muslim Students Association will continue its semester long history halaqah TONIGHT after Isha prayer in the masjid. Please contact Brother Hany Gabal for more information.

 

· The weekly Qur’an memorization halaqah conducted by Brother Isam Badawi will be held Sunday at the masjid after Maghrib prayer.

 

· The cleaning group for this week will be the Az-Aubair bin al-Awwam group (led by Brother Ibrahim Aly) on Sunday after Asr prayer. Any brother interested in earning ajr (reward) for helping to clean the masjid is requested to sign up on the sign-up sheet on the MSA Bulletin Board.
