 Athan Times

· Monetary donations to help the victims of the crisis in Gaza are being collected today. Please place all donations in the brown box on the table in the small prayer hall. Donations will be sent to Islamic Relief and other reliable charitable organizations in shaa Allah.

 

· Registration for the Spring 2009 semester for the weekend Islamic School will be held on the following dates:

· Today after Jumm’ah prayer for Sunday school: kids 5 years and above.

· The first day of school will be next Sunday, January 18, 2009.

 

· The Islamic School is looking for both male and female teachers to teach our children. If anyone would like more information, please contact the School Principal, Sr. Sereen Khalili or Brother Isam Badawi, Islamic Education Board (IEB) Coordinator.

 

· The weekly Qur’an memorization halaqah conducted by Brother Isam Badawi will be held Sunday at the masjid after Maghrib prayer.

 

· The cleaning group for this week will be the Abu Bakr As-Sadeeq group (led by Brother Sohail Sadiq) on Sunday after Thuhr prayer. Any brother interested in earning ajr (reward) for helping to clean the masjid is requested to sign up on the sign-up sheet on the MSA Bulletin Board.
