· Congratulations to Brother Shuaib Salamat and his family for being blessed with a baby boy named Ahmed Ayan! May Allah, subhanahu wa ta’ala, make him a coolness for his parents eyes and help the parents to raise him to be amongst the pious Muslims. Ameen.

 

· The entire community is invited to attend a community potluck dinner on Saturday, July 26, 2008. More details will be given at a later date in shaa Allah.

 

· There will be a General Assembly (GA) meeting for the entire community on Saturday, July 26 after Maghrib prayer in the masjid. Members of the EC Board will provide updates for current and completed projects. Community members will have the opportunity to bring concerns and suggestions to the EC at the meeting.

 

· The cleaning group for this week will be the Az-Zubair bin Al-Awwam group (led by Brother Ibrahim Aly) on Sunday after Thuhr prayer. The new cleaning groups have been posted on the EC bulletin board along with the upcoming schedule for each cleaning group.

 

· Please do not forget to donate generously as you are leaving to help cover expenses for major maintenance projects in the Masjid. Please contact Brother Saieb Alrawi for more information.
