1. Parking for Jummah in the housing complex across the Masjid.  Br. Saieb will find out the following:

a. How many spots will be available

b. What’s the cost

c. And parking Duration

 

2. Guest Room will be permanently available for rent

3. Landscaping around the Masjid. 

a. Get quotes from landscaping companies – Sohail

b. Rock garden will be removed – rocks will be picked up by Br. Saieb Al Rawi

4. Vacuum Cleaners – We will make a decision in our May 15^th meeting about what to do with the current machines and how many/what kind to be purchased.

5. Community Land – Br. Saieb to contact the ‘farmer’ in order to lease out the land to grow hay.

6. Masjid Cleaning Services – Br. Isam to look into getting quotes form out for this task.

7. Organization Flow Chart – We discussed various sub-committees needed to aid the EC function.  Flow chart will be updated and posted on the web.

8. Roofing -  Shingles need to be replaced and gutters needs to be fixed.  The gutter should be connected to the city drain system, Br. Saieb to get quotes.

9. Singles Iftaar in the Masjid – It was decided continue to have the restaurant provide food.  And not to get a freezer for the Masjid.
