 Athan Times

· First day of Ramadan will be determined by Isha tomorrow Saturday July 30. You may check our website www.isglonline.org or call the masjid to find out the first day of Ramadan.

· The ISGL will again be hosting free iftars for single brothers and sisters five days a week (Monday – Friday) during the entire month of Ramadan. We kindly ask you to donate to this cause. Insha’ Allah, Allah will reward you for contributing to the fast-breaking of Muslims in your community. You can donate in the specified donation box located in the small men’s prayer hall.

· Individuals, families or groups that would like to sponsor a community iftar during Ramadan here at the Masjid should talk to Br. Ibrahim Aly or Adil Ghafoor. Community iftars will be held on Saturdays. There are three Saturdays available during this Ramadan.

· In shaa’ Allah, starting from tonight till the end of Ramadan, Maghrib and Isha will be 5 minutes after the Athan so that we can finish Taraweeh in a reasonable time.  Prayer time schedule is available in the small prayer hall.

· Halaqahs going on this week

· Short hadith reminders after Maghrib prayer every night.

· Quran Tajweed Learning Halaqa every Friday after Maghrib Led by Brother Ali and Brother Ihsan.

 

· We would like to remind that the masjid is looking for more volunteer groups consisting of 5 or more people for the weekly masjid cleaning days.  The Masjid cleaning is done by volunteers every Sunday after Zuhr prayer. It is less than one hour every 2 month.  This is a greatly appreciated and rewarding volunteer project and we urge those who are interested to talk to Brother Adil Ghafoor or Ibrahim Aly.

· The cleaning group for this week will be Abu Bakr Asideeq Group lead by Br. Sohail Sadiq this Sunday July 31th, after Dhuhr prayer.

· Please do not forget to donate generously.
