· The MSA food drive will conclude tomorrow, Saturday, November 24. We encourage community members to get involved and support this cause by either donating a canned food item or making a monetary donation in the appropriate labeled box on the MSA table. All items collected will be given to help the needy and the poor in Lafayette through Food Finders Food Bank.
· The site plan and flyer for the new Islamic School for the community is available on the table with the white cloth in the small prayer hall. We encourage all community members to pick up a copy on your way out of the Masjid.
· The weekly masjid cleaning group for this week is the Youth Group and any volunteers who want to join them on Sunday after Thuhr prayer.
· Please do not forget to donate generously as you are leaving. All donations collected this week will be given to help the victims suffering from cyclone Sidr in Bangladesh. We will also place a link on the MSA website where donations can be made directly to reliable relief agencies. |
