1. Islamic School Update:

No new issues

 

2. Community Improvement Brainstorming Meeting:

 

· Total of 35 Invitees.  (24 Brothers and 11 Sisters), here is the break down;

· 22 RSVP

· Collection Ideas and Action plans around Dislikes and Likes in fulfilling the objective of ""Building a Stronger Muslim Community in Greater Lafayette using Masjid as the base"

 

3. Kiosk Update:

· Needs to some how illuminate the display

· Use the left over funds to order a projector

 

4. Eid Preparations:

· In process

 

5. Masjid Maintenance:

· City Inspection was done 11/7/2007

· Counselor’s room, guest room, and library needs smoke detector

· Dryer’s outside vent needs to be cleaned…safety hazard

· 4 new window for rooms 202, 205, 206, and Guest Room will be installed (Anderson 10 year warranty)

· Br. Ayman Attari and Ibrahim Aly fixed the downstairs/residents bathroom leaks.  And laid out new tiles at certain areas.

 

6. New Building Update:
