· Halaqahs this week:

· Short hadith reminders after Maghrib prayer every night.

· Quran Tajweed Learning Halaqa every Friday after Isha’ Led by Brother Ali and Brother Ihsan.

 

· Can you imagine prophets Ibrahim or Yousif, peace be upon them, as 16-21 year olds?  How about a young and brilliant Aishah, may Allah be pleased with her, developing into the wise woman she was?

What can we learn from the examples of our Muslim predecessors on living life as young men, young women, boys or girls?  How did they manage to have fun and live their lives while being total servants of Allah?  How can we follow in their footsteps today?

· Join the Purdue MSA for an educational and inspirational talk with Sheikh Muhammad Ndiaye.  Sheikh Ndiaye studied Islam extensively and is the Imam at the Al-Haqq Foundation in Indianapolis

· ISGL Multipurpose Room

 

· We would like to remind that the masjid is looking for more volunteer groups consisting of 5 or more people for the weekly masjid cleaning days. The Masjid cleaning is done by volunteers every Sunday after Zuhr prayer. It is less than one hour every 2 month. This is a greatly appreciated and rewarding volunteer project and we urge those who are interested to talk to Brother Adil Ghafoor or Ibrahim Aly.

 

· The cleaning group for this week will be the AMMAR IBN YASIR GROUP lead by Br. Hazrool Haidzir on Sunday after Dhuhr prayer.
