Main Agenda items discussed in this short meeting:

 

Zakat:

Members okayed the Zakat* distribution through ISGL.

 

 

Ramadan :

Quran Inshallah will be finish on the night of  Monday Oct 8^th.

 

 

Eid Preparation:

Breakfast assignments has been distributed to parents through the class their children are in Singles will be asked to bring drinks.  (will be announced during Taraweeh break on Monday).  Masjid will provide the utensils and Donuts (Br. Ibrahim and Dr. Sankari to bring the utensils, microphones, tarps. Sohail to request Br. Liaquat Iqbal to help and lead the efforts of setting up the tables, distribution of food, wrapping thing up, and bringing stuff back to the Masjid.

 

 

Zakat-ul-Fitr:

Envelops have been placed on top of the drop box marked as “Zakat-ul-Fitr”

The Brown Drop Box will also be used during each Salah to collect Zakat-ul-Fitr.

It will be announced during Taraweeh break that drop dead date to give Zakat-ul-Fitrto the Masjid is Thursday night Oct. 11^th.  This way Masjid has time to get funds to the needy before the Eid Prayer.
