Next Meeting:               September 23, 2007 after Dhuhr Salah (around 2:20 PM or so)

 

Meet briefly for ½ an hour.

 

 

Main Agenda items discussed:

 

Community Sponsored Iftar in the Masjid:

There should be a Single Point accountable person to take care of the cleaning after Iftar.

Deposit of $150 would be required, which would be return once cleaning is approved by a moderator from the community.

 

 

EC meeting timing during Ramadan:

Every Sunday after Dhuhr Salah

 

 

Fund Raising for the ISGL Academy:

Dr. Ahmed Elmagarmid is working on a brochure to be distributed during Ramadan.

Dr. Baha will finalize the fund raising proposal and present to the community once ready.
